As always, just delicious. Freshly prepared fresh ingredients everything was great. The staff was also very friendly and quick during these difficult times. The hygiene concept is also great.

Very nice place, decent rates and downtown

Unfortunately no vegetarian burgers, prices extremely high. My meat-eating companion was also disappointed with the cheeseburger. The red interior is stylish, but the colors create an expansive atmosphere. At the time of my visit, the shop was extremely overcrowded and the tables were very dirty. Absolutely not worth a visit

Very good taste, but nothing extraordinary with the large selection of burgers in Dortmund. The prices are beyond good and bad, not competitive, absolutely deterrent and at least 30% too high. I had to try it once, but I will no longer support this usury in the future. Just under € 8 for a cheeseburger is clearly against the sandwich rules.

I'm there almost every day to deliver the orders .... once it says: “please wait outside”, the next day: “wait inside to pick up your order” .... the day after tomorrow: “you have to wait outside”. Dear Madam .... please take the best care that there are uniform rules

It's just too expensive, you pay a good 20 € for a burger and one person for it. Doing it yourself is much better

Fortunately, the burger had already passed a crumple zone test, so that the mashed "burger" fit easily in the mouth. The lettuce stalk for replanting - top. Very sustainable. The whole thing is then lovelessly but efficiently pressed into your hand in aluminum foil for 17.90 €. It remains to be mentioned that you cannot burn yourself on the burger, as it is delivered completely cooled as a precaution - think about it! The lack of french fries also makes for a not so guilty conscience. I recommend anyone who would like to cook for themselves more often, but still lacks a pinch of motivation, to order from Five Guys.

Everyone who likes Five Guys gets their money's worth here. Super nice / fast staff. All together worth 5 stars for me.

Very tasty, been there for the first time and I am convinced. You can watch while preparing and you can put the burger together yourself (toppings). More expensive than McDonald's in terms of price, but it tastes really great

By far, in my opinion, not the best burger shop in downtown Dortmund. I heard so many positive things but unfortunately disappointed. The milkshake was the best. We had 3 burgers and the shake. A shame price performance unfortunately not good

For me one of the best fast food chains around. You make your burger from a lot of fresh ingredients. The fries are great! Keep it up!

Clearly in the top league in terms of taste. The service is friendly and quick. The ambience with the many tiles is a matter of taste, but the loud music makes conversations quite exhausting. In my opinion, the price is not justified. Sure, in the end you get as many toppings as you want, but 10 euros for a burger that isn't even that big is simply too much for a restaurant that is still part of the system gastronomy and fast food. But it's enough to try it out. But I much prefer a nice American diner. I like to pay a little more if everything is right.

Quite good shop. Burgers were okay. From 7.95 € there is a burger that fills you up. The drink flat is cool. Here you get z. B. Cola in many flavors. The staff is super nice. Thanks for the nice service. What a shame is that the number is called to pick up the food. With music and a certain level of noise, it is not easy to hear this number.

Yummy juicy burgers and really thick milk shake. The fries are made with peanut oil and that gives a special flavour to the fries. Over 100 different varieties of softdrinks to choose from. Overall a very good food experience.

I knew Five Guys from the USA and London. I love it there. Here in Dortmund I didn't find the bread rolls good and the taste generally unconvincing. The price-performance ratio is also not right. 32 euros for 2 people? That is simply too much for the performance offered. There is a smell of fat in the restaurant.

I have been to Five Guy's many times. This time was a disappointment. The burger was good as always but the fries were lousy. They were made with Very small potatoes. Like 2 cm long strips. No flavor either. I hope they improve this soon. If it continues to be this way. I will not go back.

Great place

11.07.2020, 2 p.m., Five-Guys Dortmund Although the restaurant was very busy, we were able to place our order quickly at the checkout. We were called just as quickly to pick up our order at the delivery. Overall, very friendly service, no long waiting times and the restaurant made a clean impression. The burgers and fries were cooked to order and delicious! Absolutely recommendable and gladly again!

Nice burgers , perfect selection of toppings

Delicious milkshake especially the chocolate with peanut butter wow takes u to another lvl. prefer to Order with sahne. The only negative thing is the straw feels like u r tasting newspaper while drinking

Always enjoying the taste of the burgers, fries and milkshakes. Great concept I've been to several locations in different countries and the taste and quality is always the same love it keep up the good work guys I will try to find you around the world

The workers were very friendly, nice and in a good mood. The milkshake is the BEST I have had in Germany. Finally, a real, thick, American milkshake! I am IN LOVE with their chocolate peanut butter milkshake. The grilled cheese was a small, inside-out, hamburger bun with some cheese. BUT the veggie sandwich was surprisingly good. I love that they use American cheese. The cajun fries are too spicy for me but the regular ones are good. I have to say I wasn't thrilled during the first week they were open but this place deserves another visit now that they are established. Good job!

Good Food nice Atmosphere

I did not like the consistency and the taste of the fries.

Delicious burger and rich milkshake. They are usually fast. Refillable drink! And nice free peanut! Last time we were there, there was not enough salt in the burger and french fries! And it was cold! Maybe it was because of late time as we were there 15 min before closing time!

The price is higer than for example food brother (which also have really good burgers). The burgers have twoce meat and a lot of cheese. Which make them really good. The fries are probably my favorite thing. Thez are really good. And with the spices from five guys are also delicious!
